Actual pricing and scope are determined only after a free, in-person inspection by American Roof Restoration.
The Service does not replace a licensed inspection. Satellite-based estimates can differ from actual conditions due to image quality, obstructions, or property changes. Do not rely on the Service alone to make decisions about roof safety, repair urgency, or structural integrity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
